Poor service and below the bar customer service ***

Poor service, KFC Lesedi shopping center Vosloorus. i had to stand i drive-tru que then place an order, after that i went to pay whem i got there the machine wasn't working. I was told to go the collection window to pay there. I got there and was told i cant pay there. I requested for the manager by the name of sphamandla. He couldn't assist amd gave me an attitude, i then paod after sometime my order wasn't ready and i requested for my refund cause i had already already spent more than 20 min there. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there
