Poor Service and Bad service and Short of Staff

I do not know how many times i experience bad services at this KFC Watergate, if its not the drive thou taking long its something else and i have notice that they always short of staff or the is no ice cream available for crushes....the other time i went inside and i was helped by a Lady staff who was rushing me to make my order because she was busy helping drive thru customers on her headset at the same time and the chicken portions are always small and don't ask me about the burgers. I really hate going to this KFC because of their service but the is not much room i can go too, because i stay close by. Siphelo T
