Poor service and bad attitudes.

Waited 25 minutes for food, lady said she would bring it to me in the parking lot, after 25 minutes I went to fetch it myself, when I asked if this is a fast food outlet the lady ignored me and walked away, I then asked for the manager, she still ignored me, asked for the manager again and waited and waited another 5 minutes. Vusi came and i asked him to check the time on the slup and the time now. He had nothing to say. I then came home and saw the worst crunch burger ever made. Smallest piece of chicken I ever bought with no sauce.
