Poor service and bad attitude

I went kfc @ mall of the north n i was assisted by a lady called assy,xe gave mi poor service cos i ordered two sweet chill twister bt they gave mi 1 and the other 1 was classic and worse i orderd hot wings to my suprise there were nt they on my meal,so i had to que again for the hot wings,pls try to improve the level of service they offering ppl at kfc.
