Poor service and bad attitude

This morning I went to kfc and ordered street wise 3 instead I get street wise 2. The cashier (MONICA) that was serving me had a bad attitude and made me wait 10 minutes before taking my order and still got my order wrong, when I complain about my order her bad attitude escalated resulting to her manager ( COSMOS) getting involved who had a worse attitude than MONICA the cashier. This resulted into the customers behind me stepping in and telling these two where to get off because they were attacking me. I ended up walking away with the wrong order and manager (COSMOS)telling me that even if I can complain nothing will be done to them because he is the boss and they are SAFE. This was my first time setting foot at that KFC and definitely my last!!!!!!
