Poor service and always problems

So after waiting in line for more than an hour at KFC – Orkney, we finally made it to the front of the drive-through. Upon greeting the lady and placing my order, I was very rudely asked if this order was cash or card whereupon I answered “Card”. I was told that the card machine was bokken and only cash will be accepted. I asked the lady if there was any other card machine that was working and she rep**** “yes in the front”. I asked her if it would be possible to perhaps get the extra card machine or if I can place my order at the window and just go and pay in the front and she said "NO" without even making an effort. So KFC this will also be the last time you had me as a customer, you would have thought that on a busy day like months end you might have a machine that is working or perhaps get the other machine from the front of the store that is working, but you choose to ignore your customers and sent them away. Now, if the lady perhaps made ANY sort of effort, even if it was just her attitude then I might have just looked the other way, but I’m sad to say that KFC – Orkney has gone to **** over the years and they will never see me again.
