poor service an hygiene

Bad an unhygienic..service at KFC meerensee at Richard's bay from Makhosazana i bought special with 3 ice ream with flake.she has been serving customers throughout the day with plastic gloves an still carries the corns with them she hands the ice cream with out flakes i had to ask for flakes an she had to go to the back storeroom for flakes for quite some time the ice cream is melting she put the flake the ice cream falls on the counter anshe doesn't change it im just handed the melting ice cream that just fell on the counter while we fight covid...please give her customers service an hygiene training
