Poor service all round

Got the worst experience from KFC randburg today. Got there with a friend and ordered 2 streetwise 3 and only ask if I can get 1 thigh from the whole order and I was rudely told that who do I think I am to choose potions at this hour of the night , I asked the guy who was serving us by the till point that can I please talk to the manager n he informed me that he was the manager and even said I should take my money back cos he can't help me , had to beg him to make that sale n he said the food will take 20 min and we got our food after 45 min after everyone got their even people who came 20 min after us ......why trade 24 hours if you going to drop the standard?

He ddnt even have a name tack.....
