Poor service aliwal north drive thru

The poorest service ever experienced every time in aliwal north drive thru KFC!!! Waited for 20min in line! They are so unfriendly and almost always out of stock! We use the drive thru for a reason and we literally waited for 20min in the drive thru with a que behind us. Finally food arrives without chips but it’s on the slip so we had to go back arriving at home and some zinger wings had hair on! Disgusted!
