Poor service

if there was a zero I would have given it to you...I came to KwaDwesi KFC Gqeberha around this time (21:18) waited till 21:50 until I wanted to use a ladies room and they told me it was not functioning and I knew they were lying because the staff was laughing ...I had to go home to relieve myself ...this is not acceptable at all their customer service is poor
