Poor service

Experience at KFC Welgelee is not acceptable. Order was wrong. Then wait and didnt bring the food and had tongo in to collect after online purchase for drive through was done. Gave them feedback online, was called by custoker care, but I was in meeting and ask the agent to contact me in 15min back. That didnt happen. After 2 days I phoned them and requested to speak to a more senior person. Then i just get an sms case closed cause they could get hold of me after no one called me
