Poor service

Arrived at the shop at 12:25, I then placed my order at 12:51 which was 2 streetwise and 4dunked wings. My order came out at 13:21 The service here is really poor even on non busy days, they are always out of ice-cream. I don't know if you need to hire more staff or what but it really sucks to come to these KFC. It lacks sense of urgency and the need to inform clients why, apparently when I asked why is my order taking so long its because they didn't have any dunked Wings ready. I spent my whole 1hour lunch at kfc.
