Poor service

We arrived at Kraaifontein KFC to order. The lady (Nozuko) at the till point made us wait for close to 20 minutes whilst she was doing nothing. We kept on asking her to serve us but she blatantly ignored us. Really sad that we had to plead her to serve us just to get food.
