Poor service

I did an online order (delivery) at KFC Blue downs the time was 19:25. At 20:02 I received an SMS advising my order has been collected by the driver it should arrive with in 5mins because I'm not far from KFC. At 20:30 I started panicking and i tried calling the driver but it went straight to voicemail and on the app it showed the driver was standing in one place.

I ended buying something else to cook because the kids were hungry.

The driver only delivered at 20:57, which is more than an hour.

I spent more than my budget because of KFC's poor service.

I told the driver that I already cooked I no longer need it, he told it's not his fault but KFC.
