Poor service
Good day i placed an order with MR on the 16th of october 10 minutes later after i had paid i received a message to say my order can not be processed. However i called the Head Office i was assured my money would be debited on my account after 24hours. on the 19th was called and told i must bring proof of payment that i paid and never received the amount i paid. I am really not happy withthis if you want to keep the money keep it. i will not take time off from work to follow up the money that i paid.

20 Oct 2020, 15:49Still no help now i have been told to call Mr D no one wants to take ownership in paying back my money the head office are saying it is not their problem that food was not delivered . So i should call Mr D and ask them where my money is.
