Poor service

ordered 12 zinger wings on my kfc app and chose kfc golden acre for pick up. got at the store 8:02 am and they were still closed while it shows that they should be open at 8am. stood there for a good 15 minutes and they kept looking at me as if im crazy, no communication whatsoever had to shout for someone to come and assist me . wanted my refund but the lady told me she wont be able to give me a refund i must come back at 13:00 pm, had to buy something else to eat as i did not get my food and my money.
