Poor service
This morning I popped into the drive thru. got to the first window to order, it was closed. got to the second window, it was open but I was there for about 5 minutes before someone attended to me. then when she did, I was told that the shop was still closed and that the meet was not ready due to the loadshedding of the previous day. the poor lady declined to give me her name out of fear of reprisals and told me the manager,Thandi, was 'out'. I was there for a total of 9 minites in all. not a nice experience at all.
