Poor service

We not satisfied with type of service we got from KFC Wolmaransstad. After ordering milkshakes we were complaining about how watery the ice cream was and Felicia who was assisting us gave us the poor of the poorest service ever. She even told us if we don’t like those milkshakes she can void them and refund us. Those words said with an attitude.We are work in a customer service environment and expect better from a fellow service provider. She was rude from the moment she assisted her , the milkshake cups were not clean as there was splatter of ice cream all over .
