Poor Service

KFC Maitland is pathetic. Our online order was cancelled and we were promised a refund within 24 hours. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Made contact with customer service who advised refunds take up to 7 days. I've been calling and just getting the run around. Sent a formal email complaint and received a call saying the matter will be escalated only to find out today the matter was never escalated at all. Absolutely pathetic service.
