Poor service

KFC Kwamnyandu mall.The service here is horrible. I place an online order and everything was confirmed only to be told that my order is not on their system but everything was confirmed on my side. Yanga didn't even cared or try to resolve the issue since I was already at the store. The queue was outside the door with only one cashier who had no sense of urgency and 3 guys stood there and chatted away.
