Poor service

KFC in Motherwell everytime you go and buy a special i.e. Tuesday special it doesn't matter what time you go there you won't get any special and the attitude from employees is as if they're making you a favor their chiken is under cooked. My plea is something must be done to the Manager and the employees. Thank you
