POOR SERVICE

I was at KFC in katlehong crossing yesterday around 16:10 , I was doing a drive through, the lady was rude from the time she was taking my order. She took my order, when I got to the paying point she was not the, i waited, then i thought maybe i should pass and go straight to collection. When I got there I found another rude guy, she told me to drive back, when i drove back already there was another car waiting at pay point. The guy started a back and fourth with me telling me there is nothing he can do i must park my car and come and buy inside its not his fault the lady was not there from the start. Then I just left, drove abouth 15 minutes to the next kfc because my pregnant wife had cravings. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THERE IS NO ORDER THERE YOU CAN TELL EVEN THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE
