Poor service

Good morning,I am not happy with how KFC grey owl treats me everytime I buy brekkie. I laid complaint before with customer care and the case wasn't resolved. Today again I bought two of the brekkie and asked for extra sauce,even paid for it but what I received was not even close to extra sauce. They were very dry and everytime they tell me they have added the sauce. I am fed up with the service rendered by them and on top of that nothing is done. Please assist
