Poor service

The KFC in potchefstroom in Ikageng had a very poor service. I got there requested a kentacky for 2 meal which is two cups of coca cola light 4 peace of chicken 2 packs of fries and 4 zinger wings. I requested to exchange the 2 cokes for the light stoney and I did not receive any fries for that matter
