POOR SERVICE

<p>Today is the second time I have ordered KFC for delivery. AGAIN, the branch (SILVERTON) is out of stock and cannot deliver my order. I requested for the order to be delivered by another branch (GIFT ACRES), but my request was denied. I previuosly requested that I do not want any deliveries from Silverton, because the overall service and quality of KFC Silverton is beyond words. You can choose the word..... POOR,BAD.....KFC, this time you lost a client. Not that I think one client less will hurt the market you aiming for.</p>
