Poor Service

I was at this KFC at the weekend and yesterday afternoon to catch a quick bite to eat, this is besides other numerous occasions because it happens to be nearby <br> <br> The service at this branch is appalling. <br> I order something small and I waited extremely long for my order. <br> The weekend the very same thing happened.<br> <br> Then whoever the employees are that wear the grey shirts that are also behind the counter, the weekend I placed my order and asked for spicy sauce on the side, he became abrupt and attitudinal with me telling me they don't do it but he will do me a \favor"I became irritated because he genuinely made it look as though he was moving mountains for me when it wasn't my fault the cashier hadn't told me they did it already and I had already paid for the whole order. Once he told me he was doing me a favor I was taken aback as he wasn't giving me anything for free because I paid for whatever I asked for. He became extremely irritable with me and told me that I shouldn't tell him that as he can void the order and give me my money back. <br> <br> I assume they are in a higher position than the ones in the red shirts and I don't believe that they should treat customers like that. <br> """
