Poor service

Yesterday we went to KFC Hercules, saw the drive through line was way to long as we needed to be quick to fetch our son at school in time, we decided to park and go inside to order food, it wasnt busy inside the fast food place, 1 couple waiting inline and another at the order/collecting counter. We stood there waiting for about 10 minutes then eventualy got to the front counter where there were one lade taking orders and alot of other staff just walking around and doing dont know what but nothing was really happening. The lade turned around said hello can she take ou order en turned around going about other bussiness as if that diddnt just happen, we were shocked and waited for her to actualy help us or take our order but nothing happened, we stood there for about another 10 min of this wierd ignoring situation. Once again the place was not busy and we were the only once actualy at the counter waiting to order. As we needed to be quick and its suppose to be a so called fast food place why did it took 20min and no order still? We just stripped ourselves and walked out having to fetch our son and went to another branh 15 min away and was helped, got our food and everytging in 10 min or even less. Please explain this poor service of kfc hercules and as we walked out none of the staff even noticed or cared, work is scares and is this the way to take pride in the job you do. Sickening!
