Poor Service

<p>As a norm, I do not buy KFC due to the frustration I have.</p> <p>Me and my wife thought we are going to give it a go and see if things changed.</p> <p>We went through the drive through and orderded the Festive 10 peace meal at KFC Montana. I was told straight away from the personel to go and wait in front.</p> <p>My blood already started to boil because of my previous experience.</p> <p>20 minutes later I went in to enquire about our order only to be told, 3 more minutes.</p> <p>We received our order 29 minutes later and when I opened the package, I found that the chicken was cold.</p> <p>I cannot believe that this is what we pay for, but thats why KFC WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN.....</p>
