Poor Service

<p>I went to KFC rifle range road mondeor on the 08/05/17 i bought my meal and requested for a ketchup as always they did not have, i ask the cashier why? she simply says are you paying Cash or Card. i then requested for a manager, named Thapelo Ngidi, he was pathetic, i tell him that every time i come to hat kfc there is never ketchup why and he was like all KFC dont have its from the ordering of stock, he doesnt apologies or even advise when they will have it, funny how i use all different kinds of KFC and always get ketchup however their store specifically always doesnt have ketchup. he had the nerve to say i am not the first client complaining </p>
