Poor service

<p>Yesterday I went to KFC in Queenstown, Nonesi mall, with my sister. I ordered a twister and she ordered a double crunch burger. My sister was served by Athenkosi and I was served by Zukile, when m sister placed the order she was not told how long the burger will take. 15 minutes later we ask for the burger it was not ready, 20 minutes later Athenkosi said we must wait 2 minutes. As we waited, we were panicking and complain because were in a hurry. Zukile, with an attitude, said that the burgers don't stay ready waiting for customers they are made upon request. Athenkosi added by asking me why am I complaining because the burger is not even mine it's my sister's. We started arguing, then Zukile even told me that the were security guards at the store, am not sure what he meant by that, to me it felt like he was threatening to throw me out. Eventually we got the burger after 30 minutes, with horrible horrible service from zukile and athenkosi. The worst part is that the place was empty. Thanks God I was just driving past that place, I won't be going back to that place.</p>
