poor service

Hi i wanted to buy milkshake at kfc zambezi junction ,they told me they can't sell milkshake cash only when you order online,so my money is only good enough if order online ,cash its not good enough ,the milkshakw can only be blended via online,thats the most disgusting excuse i hv ever heard
