Poor service.

I've been at KFC in Selcourt, Springs 5 times, and every time there was something wrong. Three of the five times the order was missing items, and buying for a family of 4 you can't look through it to see if everything is there when you go through the drive through and the whole parking is full.

Three of the five times they didn't have everything to complete the order I wanted, do I had to order something else. While having a missing side dish as well with one of the times.

And taking it back or asking where it is if it was ordered will be too risky. Because of what happens sometimes when you send food back or question about your order, and it makes it inconvenient for the people handling your food.
