Poor service

I ordered an all star box and 4 dunked wings at Watergate KFC on 25/04/2024, the driver never came and when I called him he said he cannot come and he sent communication to the head office for a refund which I didn’t get. I had to go to the store at my expense and paid for another meal. No one called to advise that my order wasn’t gonna be delivered I had to be the one calling.
