Poor Service

I ordered over a month ago, when I got home I realize I did a stupid mistake of trusting my order would be perfect. I sent pics to your facebook team of the meat I received which was a 9 piece order, missing a piece as well i was missing a burger. Up today all that was done was escalating and that was the end I reminded your facebook team after they stipulated TAT of 72 hours had expired and received the same response
