Poor service

<p> i made an order for a zinger box meal and 8 additional wings apart from a few other items. 10 minutes after my order was taken I was informed that the wings are finished and the expected waiting time would be a maximum of an additional 20 minutes. I agreed to this. A few minutes later another customer arrived and ordered a streetwise value box which also has wings. to my surprise his order was complete within 10 minutes and he left the store. I finally received my order an hour later and the managers response was that I can do whatever I want. She has no customer service s****s. Extremely poor service delivery from a well known and reputable store. </p>
