Poor Service

<p>I am so disgusted by the level of service I have received yesterday by one of your staff a lady by the name of Suzan,who yelled at me for trying to buy ice cream with a r50.00 note. She went on to yell at me in front of other customers and asked her colleague if she had any change as she didn't and "this customer is using r50 to buy ice cream" to make matters worse she then took my come and put in on the dirty counter which she claimed was clean, i then asked if it is safe for her to leave my cone on the counter without any tissue as I would have to eat that, she rudely rep**** stating that she would give me another cone. I am highly disappointed as I have never had such service from this branch before. It would be a pity to lose good customers because of staff members who fail to remember that work at customer service level </p>
