Poor service

On the 31st at 20:45 i ordered At KFC shell ultra city polokwane N1 15 piece and 10 dunked wings, immediately after the payment went through they called and say they are closed and that i must call head office to arrange refund, i thought since they inconvenienced me it means they will call on the 1st to arrange with me but nothing, today i call them and ask if i cant get the order at another branch as it is far, i was told is noy possible i must come to the store,i mean i stay far from that branch, i ask for a refund m told it will take time, m really defeated and disappointed, as i was looking foward to share the meal with my family, n i cant afford to order again since i m faced with the situation,
