Poor service

<p>Went to kfc vaal mall to buy softserve icecream ,waited in the line ,only to find out that the machine is out of order when we got to the front ,there is no notifications on the wall or door and the cashier needs to sent for customer service she was not friendly at all ,and i think its best that i dont go there anymore ,would support another business with friendly staff </p>
