poor service

<p>KFC has become part of us, since we were kids we use to eat KFC and it's always been a pleasure going to kfc. Recently, the services I've been receiving from some of the kfc I've been to has been appalling. Greytown Mavundla square KFC drive thru. On a number of occasions I've received the wrong orders when I buy by the the drive thru. It's like the workers don't care about the customers in the drive thru.</p> <p>The KFC by Tugela mall is worse. The food is always burnt, the ice cream taste funny with a yellowish colour. Please look into this and sort it out. It is just making me stop going there and I know people who have been complaining about this too. </p>
