Poor service

KFC in Heidelberg gauteng(in HF Verwoerd street ) the service is very poor , they choose who they serve even when your oder is laying in the window . If you are not the customer they want to serve your order is pushed back . The food was poorly made , they didn't give all the topping or sauces .
