Poor service

Ordering food at KFC is a nightmare.... if the machine is not working then its clean and we can't start it up now. Then it's not the right time to order..... or please drive through and stop, we will bring your order. Or order a certain bucket and there are 2 or 3 pieces missing. While you choosing what you would like in the drive through then a homeless person will come and bother you for money or food, complaining at the hatch doesn't help. The response is simply oooh I'm sorry but they are hungry like you.... where is the security? Oh on lunch. We are sick and tired of the pour service.
