Poor service

At the drive through order machine i was informed that the KFC had no chicken available when i ordered 6 Buckets For 1. Other options like burgers were presented. When asked how long it would take to cook the chicken, the cashier said 30 minutes. Driving up to the pay window i asked why tbere was no chicken available, when the main selling point is chicken - their product, the cashier (Terrence Moloisane) asked why i was shouting when i asked for his name and surname. He did not want to give me his surname. I was immediately asked why i was shouting, when i asked calmly what his surname was for the second time.
