Poor service

<p>After a while standing at the counter waiting for any service.. Lady (Tholakele) behind the counter assisted not very enthusiastic but lay back attitude, but she assisted and if I requested any assistance on drinks and soft service she had to put effort in to assist, not friendly to say the least. I've order 2x soft twirls with flakes and it was handled without any serviettes which is not much to say about their hygienices, when requested the serviettes it was given with an attitude. The sparkling crush was more ice than anything else, the 'sundae cup' ice cream is misleading for what you get and whats on their menu. We stop at Bethal to get something cold but surely I will not recommended the KFC to any one 'cause their is no standard nor professionalism. Im not a happy customer</p>
