Poor service

Kfc brackenhurst is the worst on 27th Feb I ordered food for my sick mother at 15:57 for delivery, at 20:35 my order was still not delivered I called the store and advised I didn't get my order the lazy person I spoke to was advising that I can my order the following day of which I fought and I told them I will come to collect the food when I got there I had to wait another 30- 45 minutes for my order that was paid more than 4 hours ago the person assisting was not even apologetic
