Poor service

I arrived at KFC Mall of Thembisa and there was only 1 person serving. And she took her time ti serve us. I am highly disappointed because when i asked her to please call the manager, she refused to call the manager or tell me the name of the manager. I was served by Ronica as it says on my slip. I dislike that she was soo rude to me meanwhile I was nice and calm to her. My order number is 249 and was served at 08:16.
