Poor service

Standing for 30 min at the drive-thru in Zastron Street, Bloemfontein at 14h30 waiting to be served. I climb out of my car whilst idleling in queue to find out why the vehicles aren't moving. There were 3 staff sitting down having lunch, 3 standing around chatting, no customers inside waiting to place an order. Asked for the manager, nobody answered me. It's now 15h00 and I still have not paid for my order. KFC, not good for your name. The person taking the order at the drive-thru and getting the payment is the same person.
