Poor service

I have a concern each and every time when you want to buy at KFC denlyn drive thru the is a lady who works at KFC where she makes cars to wait at that welcome to fingers licking good sign before they buy her name is ****IE I nearly got ****** because of waiting on that que. Can please address this matter, we can't even come to buy through drive thru. Because the KFC staff instead of doing the job that they have been appointed to do they are busy playing traffic cops out the restaurant.
