Poor Service

So I went to KFC yesterday (tuesday) and they had the R65 special on. What was so annoying is that I waited a whole hour for my order to come out as they were serving the people who were buying the special.

Can we ask that they manage this better next time. I cant wait a whole hour while people come in and out and I am just waiting there. ITS NOT FAIR
