poor service

The cashier had no knowledge of her prices and stock. When requesting if she had chicken strips she did not know. She asked staff at the back of shop. When asked the price she said she does not know. Again the had to go back and ask. She rep**** she think it is R20. I asked what is she going to charge me if she think it is R20. The other staff member said it is R19. When ordered 6 strips she asked if I want it cold or warm. Really does she want to give me frozen chicken.
