Poor service

Had a terrible experience earlier this evening. While at work and ordering supper for the family just after 17:00 and waiting about 20mins before they message to say the order is canceled and I would be refunded the whole amount that was deducted. Till now no no refund 23:15. I continued ordering but to my surprise the driver who collected the food came almost 30mins after he collected it from the store. He eventually arrived and I was informed that the food was cold, Tracking him I saw him going to Mandalay. A call was logged from Nombuso who answered but still no response.

This is totally unprofessional and poor customer service

It was cold.
